  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 and ¼ cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for hands and work surface
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold vegan butter

  • 1-2 tablespoons non-dairy milk, I used soy milk
