Are kale chips healthy?

Of course! In fact, kale chips are one of the healthiest snacks you'll ever have, especially if you make them yourself. Kale is a superfood, so it's high in nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Can kale chips be stored?

Although kale chips are best when fresh, you can store the leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. I suggest you keep them in a sealed bag so you can easily take them wherever you go!

How to eat kale chips

This snack is perfect to eat on the go; however, it can also be served as an appetizer at home. You can sprinkle some nutritional yeast or vegan Parmesan cheese on top of your chips, or dip them in some vegan ranch dressing.

I haven't tried it myself but I think it would work with frozen kale leaves 🙂 Maybe baking time changes but I'm not sure about it!

Kale is tasty by itself. Rinse, shake, tear, place on a Topchip Rack and microwave for 3 minutes. Simple. Crispy treat!
