- 1 baguette or French loaf 2 feet long (24 inches or 60 cm)
- ½ cup vegan butter softened
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Cut the loaf in half, then slice it almost all the way through into thick slices.
In a bowl, combine the vegan butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until the mixture is fluffy.
