Green juice for weight loss - The ingredients we used to make this green juice for weight loss are full of vitamins, minerals and amazing nutrients that will help you to get your goals, besides, it tastes really awesome.

I miss my juicer so much! ? I’ve got my Nutribullet here in Germany because it’s perfect for travelling. You can make juices with a regular blender, but it’s not the same, so I usually make smoothies. I’m a smoothie person, I really love them, but juices are great and I made at least one or two every week when I lived in Spain.

As we know you love juices as much as we do, we made three delicious recipes in our home in Spain, so we’ll share them while we’re here in Germany, yay!

Green juice for weight loss - The ingredients we used to make this green juice for weight loss are full of vitamins, minerals and amazing nutrients that will help you to get your goals, besides, it tastes really awesome.

This juice is not a miracle potion, but fruits and veggies are great to help us to lose some weight, although we need to live a healthy lifestyle as well. The ingredients we used are full of vitamins, minerals and amazing nutrients that will help you to get your goals, besides, it tastes really awesome. Cheers to our health!

Can this juice replace a meal or should you still eat a meal with the juice?

Hi Malanie! I wouldn't replace a meal. I usually have it first thing in the morning and 30 to 60 minutes later I eat my breakfast 🙂

Hi Remington! It yields 2 cups. I would drink 1 or 2 cups in the morning and then have a healthy breakfast, but you can drink it when you want 🙂

The pineapple juice and the orange juice are way too much sugar for weight loss - natural - but, sugar is sugar! Otherwise, it is great!!! Cinnamon is a great alternative to kick the harshness of the ginger out of taste and be more appealing - cinnamon powder tho & not sugar.

I made this juice this morning,. Day 1 of me starting to juice for my weight loss,.
It's really good and filling,. Tho I didn't have pineapple, I subbed for an apple, and I only used 1 of each, since I am the only one doing this,. Do you have more juicing recipes ??

    Hi Iosune,

I absolutely love this weight loss GREEN JUICE here.

I would also love to feature it in our website Greenthickies. Would it be all right if I used one image for it? I will not be posting the actual recipe, but only one image, title, a small quote and then link directly back to the recipe here. Would it be okay?

    Thanks 🙂
