Thank you so much. I've learnt how to prepare cauliflower. I didn't know how to go about it anytime I get to the store, I leave it out of my list of vegetables to buy.

I generally don't like cauliflower but having it this way was yummy.I fried it in the wok with olive oil, salt,pepper,and sweet paprika.Had it with yellow lentils,going back for seconds now:)
