My go to buffalo cauliflower recipe, I love it! I found I can simplify things by making the batter a little thicker, and dumping and mixing all cauliflower pieces in it, rather than dipping each floret separately. It's surely not as clean or aesthetic but a worthwhile time saver for me πŸ™‚
