It looks delicious! I made a recipe you posted a while ago for Vegan Shepherd's Pie. Let me tell you, it was terrific! Does it taste like meat? No. But the flavors are there that you don't even miss it. And it looked appetizing as well. So based on my last experience, I am definitely marking this as one to make. I can pop back on and review and update if possible.
