Thank you SO MUCH for this recipe! I have made it countless times and shared it with all my friends, family, and even a group of church friends: I did a demo, showed them how to make it, and handed each a printout of your recipe (so you get credit for it!) It is the thickest, creamiest, yummiest dairy-free yogurt I have ever had! One day I had been lazy and hadn't made a current batch, so I tried some store-bought cashew yogurt, and blech! Such a disappointment...thin, watery, and tasteless - a waste of money! You have spoiled me for all other yogurts... The only thing I do differently is I put it in jars in the instant pot for 8 hours instead of in a dark room in a bowl. I also make a point of sanitizing everything I use in boiling hot water before I use it because I had some failed batches that turned pink and stinky and gross. Now that I have that out of the way, let me just say....thank you thank you thank you for this!

This link is to a recipe for Almond dairy-free yogurt. It doesn't taste nearly as good as this recipe though! But if you're looking for almond, it'll do 🙂
